Student Success

Welcome to Student Success!

Earning a bachelor鈥檚 degree is a major step in launching your career, but it is not the only step. You should also consider other factors as you enter the workforce, including your interests, values, and strengths. In addition, it is important to learn more about the markets you hope to enter.

Know Yourself

During your time here at Erskine, discover how God has designed and gifted you. Learn about the interests, strengths, and values which uniquely make you who you are. Explore two questions:聽What are you interested in doing? What are you good at doing?

Know the Market

In addition to learning about yourself, you also need to explore the market(s) that interest you. Ask two questions: Can you make a living doing the job you are interested in? Is it a legitimate industry that fits your values?
